What is the Higher Education Malaysia 4.0 Program?
Management of Stamford College and Stamford College (Melaka) are pleased to announce the relaunch of the successful HE1M program now known as HEM 4.0
This program was first launched in 2014 to help ease the financial burden for all students and their families. Under the HE1M program for as little as RM1 a student can embark on his journey towards a Diploma and a University degree. In 2014, Stamford College enrolled a number of students into this program and these students have gone from Foundation to become University Degree holders.

In face of the pandemic that is tearing down the economies of many nations and leaving many unemployed, many families are simply struggling to decide which child gets to further his or her studies, the HEM 3.0 is here now to remove that burden of decision.
